Pre-New Year resolution

Pilate – check! Zumba – check! Now it’s time to do some detox….and I’m scared. I’ve decided to give up meat, dairy (lactose intolerant any way), sugar, bread…and of course alcohol for at least a month. What’s left? The best (I am trying to convince myself)!  Raw fruits and vegetables.

I think my body is in desperate need of some detox, cleansing, cleaning of any kind but just the idea of giving up something I like is just difficult to digest…so I am giving myself some time to convince myself and will start not from Monday (as I usually start everything unpleasant on Monday) but from November for a month. Wish me luck! I’m going to need it..
